The centrifugal pumps of the two models, HCP4*3*13*11KW and HCP4*3*13*22KW, are mainly used for truck-mounted drilling rigs.

 

The main design features of the ALP series centrifugal pumps are as follows:

1. Double-stage Sealing

The pump sealing adopts a double-stage sealing method that combines mechanical seals with packing seals, which enhances the reliability of the sealing.

2. Open Impeller Structure

The impeller of the pump has an open structure, making it more suitable for transporting high-density and high-viscosity fluid media like mud.

3. High Efficiency

The design of the blade curves better meets the requirements of fluid mechanics, thus improving the working efficiency of the pump.

4. Long Service Life

Wear-resistant materials are used for key components, which prolongs the service life of the pump.

5. Wide Range of Pump Types

A complete range of pump casings and impellers is available to meet users' needs for different types of centrifugal pumps.

6. External Impeller Adjustment Structure

The external impeller adjustment structure makes it more convenient for users to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the mechanical seal box.
